Non-Destructive Testing (NDT):
NDT is a relatively new industry which is growing rapidly. Technological advances and new techniques have been developed which enables defects to be identified during fabrication and to allow the monitoring of the condition of assets throughout their lifetime. This reduces downtime and enables future planning for maintenance and repairs.

NDT techniques available:

• Ultrasonic Inspection: Ultrasonic flaw detection in welds, castings, forgings.
• Magnetic Particle Testing: Surface inspection technique on ferrous materials including welds, castings, forgings and rolled steel components.
• Visual Inspection: Visual examination of all parts and components.
• Ultrasonic Thickness Survey: Ultrasonic thickness testing and monitoring of plate, pressure vessels, tanks and other components.
